Experiencing the BodyComp-Plus™

Experiencing the BodyComp-Plus™
Experiencing the BodyComp-Plus™ program, powered by Phoenix One Health Solutions, aims to help our clients and patients enhance their quality of life and achieve optimal health.
It uses cutting-edge technology to meticulously track key biometrics, body composition, fitness levels, and overall health and wellness. By leveraging innovative Micro-Manipulation algorithms, this program formulates personalized nutritional and fitness plans to ensure you reach your goals successfully.
The foundation of BodyComp-Plus is grounded in over 23 years of research and development by our founder, James O’Neal, during his tenure with the Department of Justice. His mission has been to improve fitness levels, reduce medical expenses, and alleviate the stress associated with poor health. In the initial three years of program development, over 600 volunteers participated. On average, these participants experienced a 98% success rate in their health and fitness levels after following the program. This illustrates that increasing and monitoring lean muscle mass is one of the most genuine indicators of progress in enhancing one’s quality of life.
Our programming recommendations will initially span 24 consecutive months as we collaborate to understand your body’s metabolism and needs, helping you achieve your personal goals for a lifetime. Every 30 days, new personalized programs will be designed by monitoring your biometrics and lean muscle mass.
As science progresses in anti-aging protocols aimed at improving quality of life, our team embraces this technology and delivers it directly to our patients and clients worldwide. Peptide therapy is an emerging treatment that utilizes short chains of amino acids, known as peptides, to stimulate specific physiological responses in the body. These peptides can occur naturally or be synthesized in a laboratory and are vital in various biological functions, including hormone production, immune system regulation, and cellular communication. Here are some key points about peptide therapy:
How It Works - Peptides act as signaling molecules, binding to receptors on cell surfaces and instructing them on the actions to take. This can result in various therapeutic effects, such as:
• Hormone Regulation: Stimulating the production of hormones like growth hormone.
• Tissue Repair: Promoting healing of muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
• Immune Modulation: Enhancing immune responses and reducing inflammation.
• Cell Signaling: Improving communication between cells.

Types of Peptides Used in Therapy:
• Growth Hormone Releasing Peptides (GHRPs): Stimulate growth hormone secretion, aiding in muscle growth and fat loss.
• BPC-157: Known for its regenerative properties, particularly in healing injuries.
• Thymosin Beta-4: Plays a key role in tissue repair and regeneration.
• CJC-1295: Boosts growth hormone levels without affecting cortisol levels.

Benefits of Peptide Therapy:
• Improved Muscle Growth and Repair: Enhances muscle growth and accelerates tissue repair.
• Enhanced Weight Loss: Increases metabolism and promotes fat loss.
• Better Skin Health: Boosts collagen production, improving skin elasticity and reducing wrinkles.
• Increased Energy and Stamina: Enhances energy levels and physical performance.
Peptide therapy is gaining popularity for its targeted and effective solutions with minimal side effects.
Our mission continues as we educate on the science of macro nutrition, employing a holistic approach to how foods in proper portions—such as proteins, carbohydrates, and healthy fats—function within your body to create a natural healing process from within. Our team will develop sample nutrition and supplementation programs based on your lean muscle mass, fitness levels, and health conditions. Unlike traditional nutritional weight loss programs focusing on calorie counting, portion size, or body weight, our program emphasizes each client and patient throughout their journey.

Testosterone and the Foundation of Youth
Testosterone is a vital hormone produced in the testicles of men and the ovaries of women, although in significantly lower amounts for females. Both insufficient and excessive levels of testosterone can dramatically impact physical and mental health. This hormone sharply increases during puberty and typically begins its decline around age 30. Testosterone is crucial for sex drive and is essential for sperm production. It also critically influences bone and muscle mass, fat distribution, and red blood cell production. Moreover, testosterone levels in men directly affect their mood and overall well-being.
-Men and Low Testosterone Levels:
Low testosterone levels, commonly known as low T, can lead to a range of concerning symptoms in men. These include:
- Decreased sex drive
- Reduced energy
- Weight gain
- Feelings of depression
- Mood swings
- Low self-esteem
- Reduced body hair
- Thinner bones
While it is natural for testosterone production to decrease with age, various factors can also contribute to lower levels. Injuries to the testicles and cancer treatments such as chemotherapy or radiation significantly impair testosterone production. Chronic health issues and stress, including conditions like kidney disease, alcoholism, and cirrhosis of the liver, can further reduce testosterone levels.

Women and Low Testosterone Levels:
In women, testosterone levels also decline with age, and low T can manifest in several serious symptoms, including:
- Low libido
- Decreased bone strength
- Poor concentration
- Depression
Low testosterone levels in women may result from ovarian removal or disorders affecting the pituitary gland, hypothalamus, or adrenal glands. Although testosterone therapy may be prescribed for women experiencing low T, its effectiveness in improving sexual or cognitive function in postmenopausal women is often questionable.
Testing Testosterone:
A straightforward blood test can accurately measure testosterone levels. Understand that normal testosterone levels in the bloodstream vary significantly. According to the University of Rochester Medical Center, healthy testosterone levels for adult males range from 280 to 1,100 nanograms per deciliter (ng/dL), while for adult females, levels typically fall between 15 and 70 ng/dL. It is essential to monitor these levels to maintain optimal health and well-being.
Proper education on the science of BodyComp-Plus will be your first step towards achieving a healthier lifestyle and reaching personal goals.
