The foundation of our program is our mobile app. Download the BodyComp-Plus App from Google Play or the Apple Store to get started. Your health journey will begin after selecting and enrolling in your desired program. Once your enrollment is approved, you will gain full access to the BodyComp-Plus App, which includes the following features:

It enables high-level monitoring of clients and patients by analyzing biometrics for personalized insights within BodyComp-Plus. You can track changes in your overall cardiovascular health and monitor your heart and blood vessels using three key metrics: Vascular Age, Standing Heart Rate, and Visceral Fat.
Body composition scales provide data to support your fitness levels and goals. They calculate body fat percentage and lean muscle mass and can help you track changes or progress over time. Most body composition scales measure the body through bioelectrical impedance. While all monitors have some
